I have been involved in coaching for over 20 years in one form or another. In the early days this was delivering outdoor activities, for example, canoeing, kayaking and rock climbing. Now, for the last few years I have been a Bikeability Instructor delivering the Bikeability scheme for the Plymouth Schools Sports Partnership.

I have a BA Hons degree in Education, hold an First Aid qualification, I have an Enhanced DBS, hold British Cycling Ride and Cycling UK membership which provide Liability insurance.

I hold the Level 2 Award in Instructing Cycle Training qualification and I am also a Cycling Tour Leader.

In addition, I undertake annually Safeguarding and Safer Recruitment Training, to ensure I am up to date with any changes in Safeguarding children and vulnerable adults.

I am married with two children. In addition to cycling I am a keen road and trail runner, someone who enjoys the outdoor healthy lifestyle!

Based in Plymouth, Devon and happy to travel within an hour drive to provide training.
